Constantia: Junior Financial Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing Analysing financial and operational data to support decision-making Assisting with financial and logistics reporting Monitoring performance and identifying trends in data Supporting improvements in reporting processes and data management Working closely with a small team to ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting What We’re Looking For A degree in Finance, BCom, BFin or similar (Honours advantageous) Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets An interest in financial analysis and business operations A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks Someone resilient and adaptable who works well in a smaller team environment Exposure to CFA studies, financial analysis, portfolio management, or supply chain management would be advantageous but is not essential.
