MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma or certificates advantageous Previous livestock farming experience Trustworthy, hands-on manager who has passion for livestock and regenerative farming Computer literate Must humble teachable spirit who is both able to take instruction as well as lead his team independently Being maintenance orientated essential Valid drivers licence RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUTE ARE NOT LIMITED TO Livestock management: compiling and planning schedules for feeding, stock health, shearing etc. Managing and Adaptive Multi Paddock (AMP), High density grazing system Computer literacy: Agriweb stock moves and all stock interactions as well as extensive excel spreadsheet reports weekly Staff: Managing time and tasks for stock team (11x stock team employees) Managing multiple water systems for stock (pipelines, pumps, solar pumps) Mechanical maintenance General farm maintenance, including portable AMP grazing fencing system ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
