About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Game Farm Manager for a luxury game lodge in Cradock, Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wildlife and game farm management, operational farming, and professional hunting, with a commercial mindset to manage the farm independently while representing the lodge professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the game farm and lodge operations

• Manage wildlife and hunting operations, ensuring sustainable practices

• Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with international hunters (Europe, USA, etc.)

• Develop and grow the business commercially

• Represent the farm professionally with guests and stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience managing a game farm or wildlife ranch

Strong network within the international hunting sector

Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience with international guests and stakeholders
