23 years experience in a bank reconciliation or finance-related role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (experience with ERP software advantageous).
High level of accuracy, initiative, and accountability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
