Job Description:
Create, build and maintain profitable and strategic relationships with key account customers.
Actively identify and pursue potential business.
Develop and implement account strategies that deliver on the objectives.
Ensure that sales and margin targets set for the account manager are achieved on both an individual and team basis.
Ensure that all task performed are done within required time, accurate and as soon as possible.
Perform marketing co-ordination functions.
Ensure the retention of current markets and customers.
Identify where costs savings can be implemented.
Qualification & Skills
Own Vehicle – Non-negotiable
Must be willing to travel at any given notice
Understand the manufacturing environment and requirements
Minimum NQF Level 5, minimum 120 credits equate to a National Certificate or Higher Certificate
Excellent negotiation skills.
Minimum 8-10 years working experience in a sales and marketing environment.
