About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Host & Guest Liaison to join our pre-opening team at MF Spa & Beauty Placements in uMnambithi Region (KwaZulu Natal, South Africa). As the face of our luxury Game Reserve, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage front-of-house operations during trading hours (08:00 – 20:00) with flexibility for shifts.
Coordinate spa bookings, scheduling, and operational oversight.
Provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and reports using our booking systems.
Represent the brand in a professional manner, both online and offline.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales, stock, and administration targets.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate
Internationally accredited certification in SPA/Beauty/Skin Care/Wellness/Holistic Body Therapies/Hospitality preferred
At least 3+ years of experience in a front-of-house role (reception/guest liaison)
Prior spa reception experience at a luxury hotel or day spa property is essential
Fluency in professional English (Speak, Read, Write) required for engaging with international clients
