About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Commercial Property Scout to support our busy real-estate team. This is a hands-on admin/marketing support role focused on keeping our property listings visible and up to date, and helping us bring in new stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage property listings across various online portals.
  • Prepare and update marketing materials for properties.
  • Arrange and put up For Sale / To Let boards at properties.
  • Assist with sourcing and onboarding new properties to list.
  • Maintain accurate property records and files.
  • Monitor stock on property portals and load listings.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales/rental team as needed.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license essential (to visit properties and erect boards).
  • Age 20 – 30 years.

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: R6 500 – R7 000 per month, Cell Allowance: R500 per month, Fuel Contribution: Fixed allowance (R600 per month). Additional earning potential through listing fees/commission, typically ranging from R1 000 to R5 000 per month, depending on performance.
