About the Role

Our client, a leading national consultancy, is seeking experienced Outbound Call Centre Sales Consultants to join their team. This role focuses on selling medical scheme, health insurance and gap cover products to qualified leads through a structured telephonic sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified leads telephonically and electronically
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide appropriate product recommendations
  • Prepare and present comparative quotes
  • Convert leads into successful sales
  • Capture sales accurately on internal systems
  • Follow up with product providers to ensure activation of policies
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the process

Requirements

  • Outbound call centre sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong telephonic communication and objection handling skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Own transport

Qualifications (Advantageous)

  • RE5 Certificate
  • CMS accreditation
  • DOFA record from FSCA
