About the Role

We are seeking an Area Manager & Business Development Specialist to join our luxury beauty brands team in Cape Town, responsible for driving new business development, managing existing relationships, and promoting our esteemed brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a confident sales professional with a passion for luxury beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop new business opportunities within the designated region (W-Cape, South Africa)
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote and showcase our luxury beauty brand portfolio to potential customers
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Director to achieve regional objectives

  • Afrikaans confident – ability to confidently engage in Afrikaans
  • Valid driver license & own, reliable and insured vehicle (traveling is an inherent part of this employment)
  • Recognized Qualification in Beauty / Spa / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Somatology
