About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Controller to join our team in East London. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical duties, ensuring accurate financial management, and maintaining up-to-date filing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative and clerical duties within the store.
- Ensure accurate and timely capturing of invoices, GRVs, stock transfers, and returns.
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems for financial and operational documentation.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly administrative reports.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a retail admin environment preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
