About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Assistant Lodge Management Couple to join our luxury lodge in East London, Eastern Cape. As a dynamic couple with strong operational experience, excellent guest relations skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality in a luxury safari environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the highest standards of guest service and hospitality are consistently maintained.
Manage and oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Support the General Manager in day-to-day management and decision-making.
Uphold the lodges brand standards, ensuring attention to detail across all guest touchpoints.
Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring memorable experiences.
Supervise; train, and motivate lodge staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.
Assist with staff scheduling and performance management.
Ensure that all staff operate in line with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in a management couple role within a luxury lodge or similar hospitality environment.
Strong understanding of lodge operations, including front of house, housekeeping, and F&B.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Confident in managing staff and guest relations under pressure.

Qualifications
