About the Role
LiquidCapital, a world leader in its field of specialisation, is seeking a qualified and experienced Customer Care Agent to join our dynamic and highly skilled Customer care Team. As part of the Motus Group, we aim to creatively solve problems and add value to people by ensuring Mobility for Good. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Care Manager and be accountable for resolving customer issues with the view to improve organizational performance and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- To record, investigate and resolve Customer issues
- To handle sensitive situations in a calm constructive manner whilst showing effectiveness in high-pressure situations
- To determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
- To process all calls using professional telephone etiquette
- To expertly use CRM to capture calls accurately
- To contribute to the success of the Customer Care Team by working together to build a positive team environment
Requirements
- Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Word)
- Motor industry knowledge an advantage
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years service advisory experience within the motor industry OR
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years Customer Service experience within a competitive environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) excellent grammar and articulation
- Excellent active listening skills
- Excellent telephone skills (professional telephone etiquette)
- Social media experience preferrable
- Conflict management skills
- Deadline driven
- Consumer Protection Act knowledge an advantage
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12
- Customer Care / Call Centre certificate would be an advantage
- RE & FAIS added advantage
