About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front of House Spa Manager to join our boutique property in the renowned Sabi Sand Game Reserve. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing our spa operations, and contributing to the overall success of our luxury Lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house and spa operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly
- Supervise and support junior staff members, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the spa and reception areas
- Coordinate spa treatments, services, and events, including booking and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient operations
Requirements
- Relevant Spa qualification with practical treatment experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in Hospitality or Lodge operations
- Strong guest relations and communication skills
- Willingness to step into a Manager or supervisory role when required
- Mature, resilient, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask across front-of-house and Spa duties

Salary & Benefits
- Package Salary: R12,500 per month
- Private accommodation (own room with bathroom)
- All meals included
- Monthly tips (approx. R3,000)
- Spa commission (approx. R2,000)
