About the Role
Dante Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in Ekurhuleni. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum output from our production staff, minimizing wastage, and optimizing daily production. With over 30 staff members under your supervision, you will need to allocate jobs, communicate with the Operations Team, and ensure quality and efficiency. This is a full-time position with some overtime required, including annual shut-down from December 20th, 2025, to January 9th, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate jobs to 7 x Production Teams as given by Ops Team
- Ensure Maximum output from production staff
- Ensure minimal wastage and Recycling Offcuts
- Plan Material usage
- Communicate any delays / problems to Ops/Dispatch team
- Ensure quality and efficiency from production teams
- Overall House Keeping
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to
Requirements

- Sober Habits
- Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with some Overtime if required)
