About the Role

Parts Incorporated Africa is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator :Fleet to join our branch in Riverhorse. As an administrator, you will be responsible for performing daily administration tasks, including cashier and COD duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administration of the branch, including cashier and COD duties when needed
  • Ensure Vehicle key register is signed off daily by drivers
  • Complete daily vehicle checklist completed by drivers
  • Ensure drivers’ disc and license and PDPs are up to date and valid
  • Maintain Vehicle health chart – maintenance and services up to date
  • Consolidate monthly fleet reports for head office
  • Reconcile Masana fuel slips against invoices
  • Record all incidents and accident procedure to follow
  • Plan driver’s leave accordingly
  • Reconcile and scan all Pods
  • Print and fill trip sheet report accordingly
  • Attend to drivers’ queries
  • Manage maintenance scheduling & coordination with mechanics
  • Monitor service records and address breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime
  • Fill out all paperwork in the fleet
  • Track Despatch KPI – Gemba board

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification
  • A minimum of Two years experience in general office practice
  • Organized, trustworthy, accurate, professional, and reliable
  • Willing and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Quick learner with ability to bring discrepancies to light
  • Good time keeping record & ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good with numbers & calculations
  • Clear ITC & Criminal record
