An exciting opportunity is available for experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead retail operations and drive business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop store employees. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members. Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations. Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation. Oversee stock control, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment. Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with operational procedures. Prepare store reports and administrative documentation. Liaise with management and provide operational feedback. Ensure the profitability and overall success of the store. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). 23 years’ retail management or leadership experience. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong sales and customer service focus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
