About the Role
Bustem is a leading e-commerce brand protection company that scans billions of sites, marketplaces, and ads daily to identify and remove copycats, counterfeiters, and scammers. Our enforcement team takes down bad actors, protecting 120 brands from startups to 9-figure giants. We’re hiring sharp, detail-oriented Enforcement Agents to join our global takedown team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review alerts from our AI scan system and confirm infringements
- File DMCA and trademark complaints on marketplaces and websites
- Track takedown progress and document results
- Communicate with our internal ops team and platform reps
- Contribute to improving our SOPs and enforcement playbooks

- Experience with online marketplaces or IP enforcement is a plus (not required)
