About the Role

Izwe Placements is seeking an ANVIL Data Analyst for Onboarding to join our team in East Rand or remotely. As a key member of our data analysis team, you will work with incoming customer data, current billing systems, and Sales CRMs to ensure seamless onboarding processes. Your expertise in Excel and data literacy will be instrumental in creating and assigning Rate Definition IDs, defining product codes, and populating contractual elements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with incoming customer data, current billing systems, and Sales CRMs (Excel/CSV exports from billing platforms, CRMs, etc)
  • Create and assign Rate Definition IDs
  • Define product codes
  • Populate contractual elements
  • Utilize strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data cleansing techniques
  • Demonstrate excellent data literacy to interpret, transform, and validate structured data with minimal oversight
