Job Summary
Qualifications:
– Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
– Proven experience building Windows and Web applications in C#/.NET
– Deep understanding of multi-tier application design and architecture
– Strong grasp of database programming and application integration
Requirements:
– Proficient in C# and .NET Framework (incl. ADO.NET and core libraries)
– Experience with ASP.NET Blazor, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
– Skilled in building and maintaining WinForms desktop applications
– Experience with SQL – queries, programming, concurrency, complex joins
– Knowledge of server-side components, UI-less services, and service integration
– Familiarity with concepts like multi-threading, exception handling, data serialization
– Able to implement secure, efficient, and responsive applications
– Report writing (data shaping and design) and strong mathematical competency
– Understanding of HTTP fundamentals, reflection, encryption, and globalization/localization
KPA’s:
– Develop and maintain in-house applications across desktop and web platforms
– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets business needs
– Deliver according to project timelines and development guidelines
– Collaborate with the team to improve speed, innovation, and technical strategy
– Maintain technical documentation and support systems in production
– Gain domain expertise in property management systems
– Contribute to integration projects with third-party systems and services
– Uphold high coding standards: performance, resource-efficiency, and maintainability
