About the Role As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for the management and enhancement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the system is optimized for user engagement and data-driven decision-making, supporting both sales and marketing initiatives by leveraging customer data effectively. Key Responsibilities – Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including user access, data integrity, and system updates. – Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM processes with business strategies. – Perform regular data audits and cleansing to maintain high data quality and accuracy within the CRM. – Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness. – Users training: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for users to maximize CRM adoption and utilization. – Assist in the customization and configuration of the CRM system to meet evolving business needs and requirements. – Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or changes to improve functionality and user experience. – Stay up-to-date with CRM trends and best practices to ensure our system remains competitive and supports our strategic goals. Requirements – Proven experience in CRM administration or a related role within a sales or marketing context. – Strong understanding of CRM software functionalities and best practices, preferably with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. – Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. – Demonstrable experience in managing user access and maintaining data integrity within a CRM system. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and provide training and support to users. – Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. – Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality data standards. Preferred Qualifications – Relevant certification in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Certification) is an advantage. – Experience in a data analysis role or familiarity with data visualization tools. – Knowledge of marketing automation tools and their integration with CRM systems. – Previous experience in a customer-facing role that enhances understanding of customer needs and expectations.
