You will be responsible for maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment—while also driving sales growth through solution selling, product demonstrations, and ongoing client relationship management.
Education:
- Millwright Trade Certificate (Red Seal)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years postqualification experience in industrial, manufacturing, mining, or heavyequipment environments
- Proven sales experience (technical sales, product sales, solution selling, or client account management)
- Strong mechanical and electrical faultfinding capabilities
- Working knowledge of PLC systems, diagnostics, and basic programming advantageous
- Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and identify sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
- Experience with HSEQ compliance and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, installations, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and conduct rootcause analysis
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Generate quotations and manage the full sales process
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Build and maintain longterm client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
- Maintain accurate service and sales reporting
