About the Role

We are seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting in Johannesburg, East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of vehicle finance applications and ensuring that targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Handle an average of 45 Units per month
Perform against Targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers

Requirements

Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
Must be able to handle an average of 45 Units per month
Must be able to perform against Targets
Matric Certificate
NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
RE Accreditation
NCA Accreditation
CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
COB Completed
