About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to join their team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as managing internal and external audits. They will also oversee working capital management and develop budgets aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and board-level reporting
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with tax legislation, governance standards, and financial regulations
- Oversee working capital management, including debtors, creditors, inventory, cash flow, and treasury functions
- Develop, manage, and control annual, 5-year operational and capital budgets aligned with business strategy
- Ensure robust internal financial controls, asset management, insurance coverage, and risk mitigation
- Prepare monthly management accounts, oversee reconciliations, cashbooks, and the trial balance
- Manage the accounting function and provide financial guidance to operational and senior management teams
Requirements
