You will gain exposure to plant operations, inventory management, and cost drivers while working alongside experienced operational leaders. This role offers excellent growth into senior finance or operational finance positions and the opportunity to become a key business partner rather than remaining in a purely reporting function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
- Inventory, costing and margin analysis
- Fixed asset register management and capex tracking
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Audit preparation and statutory compliance
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
CA(SA)
Experience:
1–3 years post-articles experience
Manufacturing / FMCG / Packaging industry exposure advantageous
Experience working with inventory and cost of sales analysis
Skills:
ERP systems (SAP advantageous)
Advanced Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work with operational stakeholders
