About the Role
Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to ensure the company’s financial health and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff
Requirements
- Relevant BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Must be a qualified CA (SA)
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar Financial Controller or accounting-related role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
