About the Role
We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Operations & Sales Manager to join our team at Jai Search Consultancy. As a key player in our growing SDR-as-a-Service company, you will have a direct impact on operational performance and contribute to shaping processes in a rapidly scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct lead research and utilize CRM and sales intelligence tools to drive sales growth
• Develop and maintain structured data processes to optimize sales operations
• Collaborate with management to define and implement sales strategies
• Analyze patterns in data to derive concrete actions and drive business results
• Provide excellent communication support in German and English, both written and verbal
Requirements
• Several years of professional experience in an operational role in B2B sales, SDR environment, or SaaS services
• Strong understanding of structured data processes and lead research
• Experience with CRM and sales intelligence tools is a plus
• High level of personal responsibility and structured work style
• Self-organized with minimal need for constant support
