A well-established engineering supplier is looking for a strong Internal Sales & Project Coordinator to support their MRO and project business. This is a vital admin-driven role focused on quoting, coordination, and customer service within a technical environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

– 3–5 years’ experience in Internal Sales within a technical environment
– 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination
– Background in valves, automation, or control systems
– Strong experience with CRM systems and advanced Excel
– Able to work with project-related documentation and technical quotes

Job Experience & Skills Required

– Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations and tender submissions
– Coordinate projects from start to finish (admin, documentation, tracking)
– Liaise with customers and internal departments throughout project lifecycles
– Handle scope changes, customer requirements, and expectations
– Maintain accurate document control and sales records
– Follow up on leads, manage client communication, and support external sales
– Ensure compliance with sales procedures, T&Cs, and project risks
– Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail
– Confident communicator with strong problem-solving ability
– Customer-focused, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
