Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure availability, confidentiality, and integrity of IT infrastructure and systems
• Provide IT support to all users
• Implement IT plans to ensure an efficient system
• Coordinate and provide various technologies globally
• Deliver activities to install and upgrade infrastructure servers
• Share information on updates, errors, and changes promptly
• Prepare roll out schedules and deploy security patches
• Conduct testing, packaging, and deploying software
• Review and support installation, service, and maintenance
• Implement new services and changes to existing services
• Assess product performance and recommend improvements
• Provide training and act as subject matter expert
• Align with global infrastructure standards
• Analyse and resolve day-to-day issues
• Provide support and guidance to team members
