JOB CONTEXT:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support project management activities. The successful candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating project activities, schedules, and resources.
  • Support project managers in tracking progress and preparing status reports.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Skills Requirements:

  • 3-5years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Familiarity with MS Project for scheduling and resource management.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
