About the Role

iStaff (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will provide project coordination and support to ensure successful project delivery, while utilizing strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the senior project team with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring that deadlines, deliverables, and objectives are achieved.
  • Keep task lists, timelines, and project trackers up to date, while helping monitor progress and flagging any risks or delays.
  • Compile and maintain key project documentation such as meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
  • Serve as a key contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication on project progress.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all deliverables meet the organisation’s quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination or management
  • A completed university degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience or knowledge within the pharmaceutical or pharmacy sector
  • Knowledge of PowerBI (preferred)
