Photoshop Operator / Visualisation Designer (JB6078) Randburg, Gauteng R18 000.00 to R25 000.00 a month CTC 3 month Contract A well-established company is looking for a skilled Photoshop Operator / Visualisation Designer to join its creative team on a fixed-term contract basis. The organisation is recognised as one of South Africas leading specialists in shopping centre décor, festive installations, working with major retail centres and entertainment venues nationwide. With decades of experience in conceptual design, custom décor solutions, and large-scale visual merchandising The successful candidate will be responsible for creating realistic superimposed décor concepts and visual mock-ups using Adobe Photoshop. The role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong spatial awareness and the ability to accurately scale and position decorative elements within client site photographs. The position is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, can work independently under pressure, and has a strong eye for composition, proportion, and visual presentation Minimum Requirements: Marketing / Design Qualification Own reliable transport and valid drivers license Minimum 2 to 4 years experience working in Adobe Photoshop in a professional environment Strong experience with photo manipulation, compositing, and superimposed visual illustrations Experience working with layers, masking, object scaling, and perspective adjustments Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail Ability to create realistic visual representations and décor concepts Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Computer literate with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills Experience within décor, retail visual merchandising, signage, exhibitions, events, architecture, or similar creative industries advantageous Portfolio of previous Photoshop or visualisation work highly advantageous Duties and Responsibilities: Create superimposed décor concepts and visual illustrations Work with existing image libraries and décor elements to produce client-ready visual mock-ups Accurately scale and position decorative objects within photographs of client sites Edit and manipulate images using advanced Photoshop techniques Prepare realistic visual presentations for client proposals and approvals Ensure visual concepts align with client requirements and installation environments Collaborate with the creative and operational teams on décor concepts and layouts Maintain high-quality visual standards and attention to detail across all work produced Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Assist with revisions and amendments to artwork and visual concepts as required Ensure files and artwork are organised and prepared correctly for presentation purposes Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
