About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Nigel, Gauteng. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our food safety management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implemented a GFSI Food Safety System and/or 5+ years of experience as a Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager
- Conducted internal audits on FSSC22000 (or any other GFSI System) to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Utilized internal auditing skills to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Managed laboratory operations, including lab management experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Requirements
- Implemented a GFSI Food Safety System and/or 5+ years of experience as a Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager
- Internal auditing skills on FSSC22000 (or any other GFSI System)
- Internal auditing experience on ISO14001 (advantage)
- Lab management experience
