Join a fast-growing team and help clients protect what matters A Sales Consultant at Gro Direct acts as an advisor, not just a salesperson. Youll speak with customers to understand their insurance needs, provide quotes, handle objections and build lasting client relationships. Your goal is to help clients get the right protection while meeting and exceeding sales targets. What youll be doing: -Selling Insurance policys Face-To-Face to clients. -Explain policy terms, conditions and benefits. -Handle clients questions and concerns. -Process applications. -Work with sales team to close sales. -Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team. -Meet weekly sales targets and performance goals What were looking for: – Matric/Grade 12 minimum 50% Average – Confident communicator with strong listening and negotiation skills – Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure -Willing to Travel What we offer: – Basic salary commission structure – Ongoing product and compliance training – Supportive team environment with growth opportunities If youre a people person who thrives on hitting goals and giving clients peace of mind, apply today.
