• Strong ABAP development skills with focus on HR/payroll
• Is used to working with IDEs like Eclipse and AI-supported programming (e.g. GitHub Copilot)
• Proficiency in SAP HCM (H4S4) data model, especially the HR/PY data model
• Experience with classic and modern interface technologies (ALE/iDOC, ODATA/APIs, Kafka etc.)
• Form generations using SAP Script, Smart Forms or Adobe Forms for payroll documents
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and debug issues and optimize processes
• Ability to produce technical documentation (system designs, functional & technical specs) and support testing activities
• Eager to learn about new technologies

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM and Payroll processes
• Experience building SAPUI5 / Fiori integration points for UI needs Hands-on experience with Kafka, APigee or N8n

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience in ABAP development
