About the Role
The Internal Sales role at South Cape Recruitment is a critical component of our steel industry operations. As an internal sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless client experiences across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship management – develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Order processing – accurately process client orders, ensuring timely delivery and handling any issues that may arise
- Sales Support – assist the external sales team by preparing quotes, managing client accounts, and providing necessary documentation.
- Product Knowledge – conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Sales Reporting – Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas of improvement
- Team Collaboration – work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Budget management – work to targets and budgets – monthly / yearly
