Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for a tile manufacturing company. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement warehouse operations policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor and analyse inventory levels to optimize storage space and reduce costs
- Coordinate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and monitor stock levels for restocking purposes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of product handling and storage
Requirements:
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
