Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for a tile manufacturing company. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement warehouse operations policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels to optimize storage space and reduce costs
• Coordinate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and monitor stock levels for restocking purposes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of product handling and storage

Requirements:

• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
