About the Role
Chainlink Recruitment Ltd is seeking dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join a growing team in Germiston. We are looking for confident communicators with strong relationship-building skills to engage professionally at both operational and corporate levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing and terms at both operational and corporate level
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
- Resolve customer queries and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry awareness
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Reliable and punctual with own transport
- Proven ability to negotiate at corporate level
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing key accounts and closing high-value deals
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Qualifications
- Matric and/or Diploma / Certificate
- Valid drivers licence
- Clear criminal record
