Grabouw: Construction Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee a specific project site in Grabouw, Western Cape, for a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction project site full-time, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental management standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project site based full-time in Grabouw, Western Cape.
• Implement the civil scope of work according to the Quality Management System.
• Utilize inspection and hold points throughout the project duration.
• Send accurate weekly reports from the site.
• Manage site activities with an emphasis on quality, safety, and environmental management.
• Maintain all required project paperwork.

Requirements

• Registered as a Construction Manager with the SACPCMP.
• Civil Qualification and experience in the Scope of Work.

Qualifications

• Computer Literacy for the production of weekly reports.
