About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Franchise and Shop Manager to lead our Hermanus and Overberg branch. As the key leader of the regional team, you will drive sales and profitability targets while ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. With autonomy to run and grow your own branch, this is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment with real potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving monthly and annual sales and profitability targets
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch and regional activities
- Leading and supporting the Hermanus and Overberg operational team
- Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Presenting accurate quotations and recommending suitable solutions
- Overseeing project coordination, installations, and service delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing stock, cash handling, reconciliations, and operational admin
- Identifying growth opportunities within the region
- Liaising with head office regarding operational matters
Requirements
- Technical sales, operational, or hands-on industry experience will be highly advantageous
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sales-driven with a commercial mindset
- Valid drivers licence
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Grade 12 essential)
