About the Role

Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency in Hermanus, Western Cape, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to join their team. Our client in the Food Industry is urgently looking for someone with expertise to manage their warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Help with the day-to-day coordination of the relevant processing, store, and packaging teams
Oversee the productivity of all team members
Resolve any problems as they arise
Full stock control function, packing, and exports
Effective Warehouse Management
Effective Staff Management

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification [e.g., Stock Control, Logistics Management, Production & Supervision studies]
2 years supervisory/managerial experience in a Food Processing/Production environment
General knowledge of store management and stock control techniques
Good written and oral communication skills with fluency in English and ability to write and analyse reports
