About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to join our 5-star Lodge in Hoedspruit, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the spa operations, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spa operations, including staff supervision and training
- Develop and implement sales forecasts and reports to drive business growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high standards of hospitality
- Maintain good business acumen and commercial awareness to optimize revenue streams
- Utilize own vehicle for travel to and from work
