About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sugar Cane Farm Manager to join our team in Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of our sugar cane farm. If you have a passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing farm operations
- Monitor and maintain crop health and productivity
- Manage and maintain equipment and machinery
- Collaborate with senior staff to achieve farm goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Previous experience in commercial sugar cane farming
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to communicate in Zulu (advantageous)
