ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure code quality. Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process. Work closely with DevOps and cloud teams to deploy and manage applications in the cloud. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and processes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Document technical designs, processes, and best practices. Perform operational duties, including monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the availability and reliability of applications and systems. Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java software development. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a professional environment.
