✨ ADMIN CONTROLLER VACANCY | LUXURY PROPERTY | DULLSTROOM ✨ Dullstroom, Mpumalanga Luxury Hospitality Property Salary: R15,000 DOE Meals on Duty Live-Out Position Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Controller for a luxury property based in Dullstroom. This role is ideal for a strong administrator with bookkeeping and HR administration experience who thrives in a structured hospitality environment and enjoys supporting operational efficiency behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: ✔ Maintain employee records and staff files ✔ Process leave applications and attendance records ✔ Assist with payroll administration and staff queries ✔ Manage the staff clock-in system ✔ Support onboarding and offboarding processes ✔ Assist with staff training administration Bookkeeping & Finance Support: ✔ Manage petty cash, cash-ups, and till reconciliations ✔ Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports ✔ Monitor daily bank balances and financial updates ✔ Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation ✔ Assist with supplier invoice processing ✔ Reconcile POS reports and audit financial records ✔ Assist with commission, tips, and bonus administration General Administration: ✔ Maintain company licences and important documentation ✔ Assist with internal event coordination ✔ Support senior management with administrative tasks ✔ Liaise with suppliers and service providers ✔ Assist with stock control support when required ✔ Ensure company records and documentation are safely maintained ✅ Requirements: ✔ Previous administration experience within hospitality or a similar environment ✔ Strong organisational and multitasking skills ✔ Bookkeeping and financial administration experience advantageous ✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail ✔ Professional, confidential, and proactive approach ✔ Good computer literacy and administrative systems knowledge Package Includes: ✨ Salary: R15,000 DOE ✨ Retirement Fund & Disability Cover ✨ 15 Days Annual Leave ✨ Meals on Duty ✨ Share in Monthly Staff Tip Pool ✨ Potential Annual Bonus (Discretionary) ⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08h00 – 17h00 Public holidays worked are compensated with a day off in lieu This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury hospitality property and become part of a professional and supportive team environment.
