Concession General Manager | Luxury Safari Operations Botswana (Town-based with 70% time in camp) We are recruiting an experienced Concession General Manager to oversee a premium safari concession and its lodges. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on operational excellence, team leadership, financial performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations across multiple camps within the concession Drive exceptional guest experience and continuously elevate service standards Oversee budgets, forecasts, and full financial performance of camps Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance development Ensure asset care, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency Implement and uphold environmental, sustainability, and health & safety standards Handle guest and agent feedback, ensuring timely resolution and improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with community and concession partners Act as a brand ambassador hosting agents, media, and key stakeholders Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field 10+ years experience in hospitality, with strong safari lodge operations exposure Proven leadership experience managing remote, multi-site teams Strong financial, operational, and project management skills Solid understanding of sustainability and conservation practices Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities What Were Looking For: A resilient, detail-driven leader who thrives in the bush, leads from the front, and can balance operational demands with delivering world-class safari experiences.
