 GI Gastrointestinal  ET Endoscopy Theatre  Resp Respiratory  IP Infection Prevention Promote and sell SE (Surgical Equipment/Surgical Endoscopy), SD (Surgical Devices/Sterile Devices), SI (Surgical Instruments), and ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) product portfolios within the Pretoria and Johannesburg territory Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, procurement departments, and key stakeholders Conduct product demonstrations, theatre support, and clinical application support where required Support theatre cases and assist healthcare professionals with product usage and technical support Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare institutions Manage and grow existing client accounts within both public and private healthcare sectors Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and competitor activity Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Prepare sales reports, quotations, and territory activity updates Attend industry events, product training sessions, and customer meetings Ensure high levels of customer service and relationship management Travel extensively within the assigned territory Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer support and service delivery Desired Experience & Qualification Diploma or Degree in Medical Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Sales, or related field Minimum 35 years experience in medical device sales or related healthcare sales environment Proven sales track record within healthcare or medical devices Experience working with healthcare professionals in public and private sectors Strong understanding of hospital environments and procurement processes Exposure to surgical equipment, surgical devices, surgical instruments, ENT products, endoscopy, or capital equipment advantageous Clinical application support experience advantageous Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory Valid drivers licence Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work flexible hours based on operational and theatre support requirements
