Main purpose of the job: To Operate and maintain packaging machine line to achieve maximum effectiveness at minimum cost and to meet production requirements as per production plan Minimum Requirements: Matric, preferably with Maths and Science or N3 plus or National certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging Operations Team leader Training Knowledge Goods Manufacturing Principals and Processes HACCP, Health & Safety, Process, Product, and packaging materials specifications Machine Start-up, Change over and Shutdown Process Clean in Place principals and procedures
