Key Responsibilities: Technical Sales Support: Act as the subject matter expert on bearings, seals, and related applications Support field and internal sales teams with technical guidance, product selection, and application optimisation Assist in positioning products within customer specifications and closing commercial opportunities Customer & Market Engagement: Engage directly with customers to understand applications, challenges, and operating conditions Build long-term trust-based relationships within the customer network Provide credibility and technical confidence during customer engagements Training & Knowledge Development: Deliver technical training to sales teams, branches, and customers Continuously upskill internal teams to ensure deep product and application knowledge Support lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) solution selling Go-to-Market & Business Development: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop market saturation and go-to-market plans Contribute to marketing and sales action plans and business strategies Identify growth opportunities, new applications, and value-add offerings Reporting & CRM Management: Manage opportunities and activities through CRM systems Provide monthly reporting on market trends, competitor activity, product developments, and opportunities Support data-driven decision making across the business Education: Technical Degree or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) Drivers licence required Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 years experience in a technical, sales-orientated or business development role Strong knowledge of bearings, seals, or rotating equipment applications Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value Highly analytical with strong organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication ability Personal Attributes: Subject matter expert with a customer-focused mindset Driven, ambitious, and growth orientated Highly organised and detail focused Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills Apply now!
