The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, handling invoicing, and liaising with freight forwarding partners to ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Relevant Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business qualification will be advantageous.
  • 1–3 years’ administrative experience.
  • Previous experience with invoicing and order management is essential.
  • Exposure to freight forwarding, imports, logistics, or distribution environments will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working on ERP or inventory management systems will be beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-spoken and professional when interacting with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Capture and manage sales orders on internal systems.
  • Generate and process invoices, credit notes, and related documentation.
  • Monitor and track customer orders from placement through to delivery.
  • Liaise with freight forwarding companies and logistics providers regarding incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Assist with import and shipping documentation administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory movements.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders, deliveries, and customer queries.
  • Assist with general office administration and operational support.
  • Ensure all documentation is filed and maintained accurately.
  • Support the sales, warehouse, and operations teams as required.
