About the Role
As a Senior Textile Print Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and optimising industrial textile printing equipment in demanding production environments where machine uptime, print quality and production efficiency are critical. You will work with some of the most advanced textile printing technologies available and become part of a team building one of the strongest textile print engineering capabilities in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission industrial textile printing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
- Optimise machine performance and production efficiency
- Support colour calibration, profiling and print quality management
- Train machine operators and production staff
- Provide advanced field service and technical support
- Build strong customer relationships through professional service delivery
- Assist customers in maximising machine uptime and production output
Equipment & Technologies Supported
- Industrial dye sublimation printers
- Roll-to-roll textile printing systems
- Industrial ink delivery systems
- Epson industrial printhead technologies
- RIP software and colour management workflows
- High-volume textile and garment production environments
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years’ technical experience within:
- Textile digital printing
- Dye sublimation printing
- Industrial large-format printing
- Roll-to-roll printing systems
- Industrial equipment service engineering
- Strong mechanical, electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field service activities

- Colour profiling and colour management
- RIP software platforms
- Industrial textile production environments
- Printing industry technical support experience
